I was inspired by a teenage experience that left me questioning myself. A loss of innocence during adolescence, the moment before a teenage crush burst its dam and becomes a fully fledged first love, this is a story about coming-of-age.

My graduation collection is based on a personal story. Where I combined different factors such as my identity and my cultural background to create a new menswear aesthetic. The collection is aimed to young men just like me who are confident in being their authentic self. A fusion between masculinity and femininity, creating a new tribe so to speak, this is a collection inspired by “men who love men who love boys who love boys who love men”. I call this collection, “The First Time He Kissed a Boy”.
