ABOUT THE COLLECTION

Shapes that arise with coincidence, by cutting out the original shape. To use what is left, the leftover or contra shape. Shapes that are not possible to imagine yourself, uncontrollable, they will interest you over and over again, always surprising and unique in their kind. To leave it extra to coincidence, I putted several shapes, real patterns, at the same time with technical logic on fabric like you normally do with patterns. This will cause an enforced placing on the fabric, pure because technical reasons and not because you think it’s beautiful. This will enforce you to not deviate and place the shapes like its matching your feeling. So you are really limited and almost trapped in your own creativity. It’s my intension to convert the shapes as less as possible, only the fight dress is more thought out.To use these shapes in my collection, it’s possible to create a whole new feeling that you will see in the parts that are cut out and play a character in the designs. The clothes are almost silhouettes and the shapes will get your intension in configuration and colour. Prints en colours are getting a fully new countenance in detail or framed face.

All the clothes appeal to a strange feeling. Like they almost exist on their own, because the shapes aroused on their own. Therefore they also have something dark. And placeless for any origin or background. Although you will experience something foreign. They are almost like trapped creatures that can’t get out.
